Ryan with Sales, was knowledgeable, genuine, and made the experience well worth our time. He listened to us, and asked the right questions about our wants and needs. Luis, with management, was incredible with ensuring we had the BEST deal, and put a very big smile on my husband's face :) Richard with finances, was quick and concise with the paper process which made the end of our experience quick!!!! Overall, we reccomend Larry H Miller in downtown Spokane, especially Ryan, Luis, and Richard!!!!!!! More

Great Experience I was looking for a first car for my daughter. He showed us the cars we wanted to see (super cheap cuz it was her first car), however the more I talked to Chris the more I felt it would be safer to go with a better car. Everyone we worked with was amazing and I got what I wanted. I NEVER felt pressured. THANKS!! More

Caleb kept in contact with me about the car leading up to coming to see it, answered a TON of questions I kept throwing at him, and continued to make sure I was taken care of and happy with the vehicle well after purchase. This guy went above and beyond, and I have never had such a great experience from a dealership. Everyone else I worked with and talked to made sure I had everything I needed, knew what I was getting, and worked to get me the best deals and packages for the new car. I have since been back to get the car waxed and interior treated, and it's been nothing but positive. Highly recommend. More

I was worried I would be treated differently because I am a woman, not the case, he was patient and understanding. He helped me find what I could afford and an amazing vehicle I am proud to own. He took time to explain all of it and now a week later he still answers my questions. Excellent service, I will bring my family and freinds to LHM.
