I couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I contacted Luis he was dedicated to finding me my dream vehicle. I had very specific criteria and very specific vehicles in mind. Lui From the moment I contacted Luis he was dedicated to finding me my dream vehicle. I had very specific criteria and very specific vehicles in mind. Luis was always available to answer questions. He went back and forth between the three dealerships numerous times to take photos for me and sent me numerous specs. He is a true professional and was confident from day one that he would find me my dream car. Luis lived up to that and more and I drove off the lot with my dream car within a week of beginning my search. Michaelangelo in sales and Richard in finance competed my dream team. They were also extremely professional, personable. I was treated like part of the family, not a transaction. When I’m ready to upgrade again I will be back to Luis and the team at LHM. Wonderful buying experience I worked with Louise, Austin and Andrew today and had such a wonderful experience with each of them. Louise was super accommodating and made sure I got all the customizations I wanted within my budget. He was also authentic and friendly. Austin did a great job explaining my warranty options and making sure I fully understood each feature, plus he respected my budget. Andrew took about 45 minutes to patiently go through all of the featurea of my new pick-up. This is my second great experience with LHM Spokane. Thanks guys! More

Outstanding customer service! I live in Seattle and a few friends of mine had previously purchased cars from LHM dealership. They have dealt directly with Luis Castilla, so as soon I live in Seattle and a few friends of mine had previously purchased cars from LHM dealership. They have dealt directly with Luis Castilla, so as soon as I started looking at cars they recommended I reached out to him. Luis was so easy going, answered all my questions (thousands of them) and explained details on the deals they had. I was originally looking for a crossover but after searching and budgeting I had set my mind to getting a Camry. After I pointed out this to Luis he offered the new RAV4 which was a bit over the budget I had in mind but for sure the new design and features caught my eye. Luis and Andrew sent me videos of the outside and inside of the vehicle (eye candy for sure) and decided spending a bit more was definitely worth it. After locking the deal it took me about two weeks to actually be able to flight out there to pick up the car. They went that extra mile by picking me up from the airport and making coffee for me while I waited for the paperwork to be completed to end the sale. I love the car and definitely loved the service, promptness and attitude they had through the whole process. Thank you Luis, Andrew and Austin! I will be definitely recommending you guys! More
