I thought with an early morning appointment, the car should have been serviced at least on the same day, but they didn't However, the service wasn't. Mid morning the next day, I'd have to ask for an update and they just said it's still up in the air. After I asked for a loaner, not long after I received a text that the vehicle was ready. Luis said they couldn't really find anything wrong, so they just lubricated the parts that might be the source of the creaking noise problem. However, once I started to drive again, I could still hear the creaking noise, but I had to leave right away so I didn't have a chance to stay longer at the service center. More
