Dawn was very nice to work with, but lacked knowledge about some things. Luis almost blew the deal with shady tactics and condescending manner. All of the team members were eager to help without being annoying. I appreciated the easy-going atmosphere where I was able to look at different cars without being pressured or stalked. I had Jesse as my sales person and he was hilarious, welcoming and the kind of person you wanted to hang out in a dealership with for a couple of hours.
