To be fair to Suntrup Nissan, I am Not a fan of shopping, sales people, or dealerships so a 5-star rating is virtually impossible. I don’t haggle or play the game. Luis was pleasant enough. Truly embodies the unfortunate reputation car dealers. Salesman attempted to get us into the most expensive Rogue SV, when that was caught by is, then there were constant xxxxxxto get us into another bran Salesman attempted to get us into the most expensive Rogue SV, when that was caught by is, then there were constant xxxxxxto get us into another brand new car, even though it was way over budget. The sales reps then acted angry when we declined to sign a contract for one of the brand new vehicles. Then it seemed like the finance person was trying to make us feel guilty for not purchasing the most expensive warranty package. Really like the vehicle though. More
