I visited many other dealerships in the area in the three months prior to my purchase date, and by far the salesman and this dealership provided the best offers and experience. I particularly appreciated the up-front price breakdown provided to me on my first day visiting the dealership and it was a major factor for me in making the purchasing decision at Luther Bloomington. Also, good financing options were available as well. Luis has also been on top of following up with me after my purchase and ensuring that everything is good and running with the vehicle. The only negative that I had was that even though Luis did a great job providing me the information about add-on purchases to help me make my decision, the sales manager was very pushy and almost disrespectful of my decision to opt out of options with an apparent change in attitude after my firm NO. It really did bring my overall positive experience up until that point down significantly. More

She was very pen and helpful along the way. Not sure if it was Adrian (The man that worked previously at a fitness management center) He was very persistant in completing the paper work and was easy to work with as was Chad wh slipped in t help out regarding the numberas and suggestions on that extra $19 monthly service.
