The online inquiry is automated, but worked well. I asked for text communication and that is what I got. I was contacted to make an appointment and then the sales rep for us, Louis Flores contacted m I asked for text communication and that is what I got. I was contacted to make an appointment and then the sales rep for us, Louis Flores contacted me to confirm the appointment and let me know he would be there to help us. Very nice folks from door to drive away. I have owned Honda’s in the past and never been disappointed. Louis was great, made sure we had everything we needed. A great experience from inquiry to driving off with our new car. I have never used John Eagle before but will definitely recommend anyone to go there, see Louis-he will take good care of what you need. More
