Hard to say if the issue is the dealer's processes or the manufacturer's rules. In either case, the way billing is structured appears to be nickel and diming me. 180 for a diagnostic plus 1000 for the repa manufacturer's rules. It's frustrating and inhibits trust. Maybe it makes sense to accounting but it's about as clear as medical billing. More

I have been trying to reach someone at your dealership all day. Due to your error we know have to bring our back a THIRD time for a recall. Does anyone respond to messages? I was on hold for an HOUR. This appointment was to replace break pads and rotors on my Buick Encore. The problem had been diagnosed a week earlier so when I came to get the work done I expected that everything would be there to do t my Buick Encore. The problem had been diagnosed a week earlier so when I came to get the work done I expected that everything would be there to do the job. They didn't have the one part which added an hour to my wait. The lady at the payment desk was very nice and offered to have someone take me to get some lunch. At that point my car was almost done so that didn't make sense to me. They offered to take me home and come back later. That also is an hour so I chose to wait. More
