Carlos was professional, patient, informative and BEST OF ALL- HE LISTENED! We've purchased enough cars to know that car salespeople are not always the best listeners. Before we met Carlos we checked out another Honda Dealership and experienced high pressure salespeople who continually pushed options that did not work for us. Carlos listened and because he did he found us exactly what we were looking for... Even before we knew it's what we wanted (LOL). Joe Rodriguez and Luis (I didn't get his last name) were also wonderful to work with as far as negotiating the warranties and financing. I'd recommend anyone looking to buy a new or used car to seriously consider working with the Norm Reeves Honda HB team! More
