Luis Martinez was a great sales person for us. He was very patient, not pushy and he didn't try to add on features that we did not want. We were comfortable with Luis, so we called him when we came back. It was a fun process, we joked around, shared stories and he even changed the music in the showroom to our preference. He took his time explaining all the features on the vehicle. If he didn't know the answer to our questions, he would go find the answer immediately. And he also gave us a good deal! Going to Ventura Toyota has changed the negative impression we've had for many years from visiting other dealerships. We would definitely go here again! More
