Worst dealership I have ever had the dealings with. The only good thing was the salesman but the rest of the process was less than enjoyable and I will never buy another vehicle from them as again. Took my truck in for its first oil change and all the paperwork said was safety check. Was the oil even changed? They didn’t even change the windshield sticker. Never again More

This was my third visit here. My first two experiences weren’t great, but I decided to give Starling Buick one last chance since I prefer to have my car serviced at a dealership. My first two experiences weren’t great, but I decided to give Starling Buick one last chance since I prefer to have my car serviced at a dealership. I’m so glad I did! Louis Mojica, my service advisor, completely turned things around. From the moment I arrived, he listened attentively as I explained my past experiences and made sure this visit went differently. He went above and beyond to ensure my services were completed quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have to wait long at all. Louis is truly one of the best advisors I’ve ever dealt with. He genuinely cares about his customers, and it shows. He even went out of his way to cover my bill, something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it speaks volumes about his dedication to customer satisfaction. Honestly, I would have happily paid because of how great the service was! I walked in with low expectations and left completely impressed. A month ago, I probably wouldn’t have recommended Starling Buick, but thanks to Louis, that has completely changed. I’ll definitely be back with no hesitation and will be requesting him every time. Thank you, Louis, for making my day and restoring my trust in this dealership. I highly recommend Louis Mojica. He’s the best! More

I told him it took hours on last visit Because truck was parked in lot and no o e knew till I found it myself. Luis made up for the last visit and done in record time.
