Super frustrating to get the work completed. I have to go back AGAIN to get the work completed after they already had my car for over a week, and said the repairs were done.. & That’s after it t I have to go back AGAIN to get the work completed after they already had my car for over a week, and said the repairs were done.. & That’s after it took over a month to even get a call back or get scheduled with service. My car was BRAND NEW with this dealership, and I’ve had it less than 3 months. When I finally got to speak with a manager he pretty much told me “Sorry, wish I could do more.” & “If I had a loaner to give you I would”… So initially I would have been out of a vehicle the entire time it was in the shop. For something that was 100% warranty.. Not happy with this dealership at all so far. More

Chris and Monica were excellent. I wouldn’t recommend the sales dept. I haven’t had my jeep for 3 months and it’s already needing a lot of work done. Frank helped me out on replacing I wouldn’t recommend the sales dept. I haven’t had my jeep for 3 months and it’s already needing a lot of work done. Frank helped me out on replacing minor parts but now I have a major engine issue that I’m having to pay out of pocket because it’s not covered by warranty. I haven’t even had this jeep for 4 months.
