His service was excellent: he patiently explained everything, answered every question, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. The overall customer service was top-notch, something you don't find in many places these days. I definitely recommend them 100%. More

I left the dealership without an owners manual and a recharging cable. No customer should be leaving your lot without owners manual and if they have an electric vehicle without a charging cable. I’m still waiting to receive both items from the Lexus dealer. Yet my six year old vehicle that I turned in as a trade-in came with owners manual and all other manuals that came with the car originally. Very sad when you buy a car that’s worth $67,000 and you can’t even plug it in because there is no charging cable. This is really unacceptable.. More
