I am very displeased with my purchase and service. I purchased a 2019 Lexus RX one week ago. When we test drove the car it had a windshield wiper malfunction and we were told it would be looked at prior purchased a 2019 Lexus RX one week ago. When we test drove the car it had a windshield wiper malfunction and we were told it would be looked at prior to leaving. We were told it was low on fluid and that had been resolved. The next day was Thanksgiving and a few days past before we tried to drive it again. When we turned it on the wipers they no longer worked and I was unable to drive the car. I have had the car one week and have not been able to drive it but once. We took it back to dealership to be fixed and tried to see if we could buy another car instead that was the same price we purchase this vehicle. I was expecting to take a small hit but they came back with 8,000.00 dollar hit to trade. I am super disappointed with the outcome. My salesman was helpful to try and get this resolved, however management was not willing to work on a deal. This is the first time I decided to splurge on a car and as a teacher 8,000 is a big deal for me. I am completely disappointed. More

I hoped being a Lexus dealer it would be a better experience. I Found a used car on their lot, Louis, the salesman, quickly emailed me an exact price for the car since I was driving from Dallas to experience. I Found a used car on their lot, Louis, the salesman, quickly emailed me an exact price for the car since I was driving from Dallas to pick up. We set up an appointment time and he also asked for my DL, a copy of our loan approval from our Credit Union and our current insurance. This way it would be ready to go when we arrived. He also said it was in "fantastic" condition. I wish he would have told us about the 100 small hail marks on the roof, trunk and chrome window trim. It was the first thing my wife and I noticed. Also the window tint was not professional. It was starting to bubble and in some places and was "wavy" like heat rising from the road as you looked through it. Anyways, It's a used toyota and we bought it for it's mechanics. It was all fine and I was happy, we signed all the papers and they said just a minute while we get the keys and then it happened, the whole experience was ruined by what seemed like a cheap sales ploy. The salesman appeared with the keys dangling in his hand and the owners manual and said " I'm sorry were not going to be able to release the car to you unless you finance it with us". After I voiced my displeasure about a 4 hour drive and them assuring me it would be an "easy" process the finance person appeared again from around the corner and confirmed "sales manager won't release the car unless you finance through us" and then in a different tone/volume also added " or we run a credit check on you". Luckily I caught that soft, mumbled added statement and agreed. I gave them my SS and within 10 seconds of his fingers typing on the keyboard ( I barely had time to start telling the salesman of my disappoint, again) he received the "ok" I'm not sure who "owns" the poor rating for either not having our paperwork that they requested not gone over properly before our appointment or the cheap sales ploy to try to get the financing. On a good note, when my registration arrived and they emailed I could come by to pick it up, I called and spoke to Yulianna and when I explained I was in Dallas she happily said she would get them in the mail to me the next day. More
