It has been three times, I had to bring my car back because something went wrong after maintenance service, either they forgot put window wipers back, or the tire pressure light popped up and the alarm because something went wrong after maintenance service, either they forgot put window wipers back, or the tire pressure light popped up and the alarm went off in the middle of road. I brought my car back for the tire pressure light, they checked my tires again and said everything was fine, and told me how to cancel the light. But the light kept turning on back again and again. Does that mean my car is broken after maintenance service???? I can understand mistakes for one time, but Not every single time. Either it is poor management or poor technician skills? Absolutely no trust and waste time. More

While visiting Orlando I took my CX-9 in because of odd road noise. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment to have the vehicle checked out. Luis Resende made me feel like some kind of V.I.P. who had road noise. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment to have the vehicle checked out. Luis Resende made me feel like some kind of V.I.P. who had been a loyal customer for years, not some first-time customer from out of town trying to have a problem fixed. I honestly have never been treated better or had a better experience at an auto dealership in all my years. They identified the issue, sent me a video of the checkup, got my CX-9 running like new and sent me on my way later that same day. Thank you Luis and thanks to everyone at Sport Mazda! More

Courteous and punctual. They said an hour and a half, five minutes before the time was up Luis was calling me over to break down the maintenance that was done with a washed They said an hour and a half, five minutes before the time was up Luis was calling me over to break down the maintenance that was done with a washed car as well. The wait isn’t painful either as they provide water, tv, internet, coffee and even some popcorn. Best experience I’ve had in a dealership. More
