Courteous and punctual. They said an hour and a half, five minutes before the time was up Luis was calling me over to break down the maintenance that was done with a washed They said an hour and a half, five minutes before the time was up Luis was calling me over to break down the maintenance that was done with a washed car as well. The wait isn’t painful either as they provide water, tv, internet, coffee and even some popcorn. Best experience I’ve had in a dealership. More

Bad Customer Service, Misinformation, I will never go back to franchise dealer. I went for alignment and they found a head gasket leak, Luis wanted to charge $145 hr when My car still had power train war back to franchise dealer. I went for alignment and they found a head gasket leak, Luis wanted to charge $145 hr when My car still had power train warranty… gasket change at 40k miles? Wow. Very disappointing and horrible customer services, I will never come back to this dealer ever, the only good thing was the mechanic who fix the issues. More
