Hello my name is Luis, I'd like to tell you a little history of myself. I was born and raised in the city of Waukegan Illinois. I started working at the age of 15 with my father, who owned a landscaping company. At the age of 18 i started working for an aftermarket parts store, in which i worked for 17 years. I was able to start off as parts driver and moved myself to managing the parts store for the last 14 years I was there. I was trained and driven in customer service since I was in an affluent north shore area. I then started working at a dealership as a parts counter man. It wasn't my calling to just take orders and price items out. I had the need to help the customer. I asked for the chance to be an adviser in October of 2013. I moved to Ray Chevrolet in August of 2015. I can truly say that I have not worked any where, that is more driven in customer service as Ray Chevrolet is. I would love to have the opportunity to help you in your service needs. Thank you.

Great experience with Sean Runions and staff at Ray's Sean helped me get an suv that suited all my needs right away. I wanted a different color but was pleasantly surprised with the one he brought up to Sean helped me get an suv that suited all my needs right away. I wanted a different color but was pleasantly surprised with the one he brought up to show me. He tried to make me happy with all the patience of a saint. After we agreed on the car, Carrie helped us through the package details. She is great and knows her job inside and out!! The rest of the team members couldn't have been nicer. Closing the loan was actually not pain full. Thank you!! Love, love it. More

Awesome Service Dept. I found myself with a dead truck at the gas station adjacent to Ray's in Fox Lake tonight. Immediately I called Ray's (I've bought at least 5 vehicle I found myself with a dead truck at the gas station adjacent to Ray's in Fox Lake tonight. Immediately I called Ray's (I've bought at least 5 vehicles from Ray) looking for Brian. He was gone but Luis in service immediately helped me arrange a jump and I drove it immediately to the Service Dept. It turned out to be a dead battery, thankfully I was close to home - and by that I mean close to Ray's. There service department is beyond awesome, that's one of the reasons we keep buying vehicles from Ray's. The porter was awesome and the mechanic couldn't have been nicer. They have my back not only for the purchase, but to service the vehicle too. Thanks Luis for helping me out, I appreciate your kindness and super service. More

Service I have not trusted mechanics in a long time and I usually do the repairs myself. However, I brought my car in for tires and an oil change last week. T I have not trusted mechanics in a long time and I usually do the repairs myself. However, I brought my car in for tires and an oil change last week. Today, I had to bring the car back because suddenly I had extreme shaking everytime I needed to brake my car. Luis, my advisor, immediately had my vehicle looked at and they found the problem. Pads and rotors. They got it in right away and even took me back to see how bad they really were. More
