After a long negotiation and finally reached an agreement, he came back with his final proposal of way above the agreed price. He claimed that he made a mistake but it was very obvious that there was malicious intent of deceit on his part. He finally gave a revised proposal with the price which was actually $225+, lower than agreed price. He may have forgotten that he previously charged us for the registration. We were told the finance charge was 3.9% for new car but when we meet with the finance manager, it was 7,9%, even with a high credit score. It was a stressful, 5 long hrs of negotiation and experience, but finally bought the car.

Service refused to correct the issue. Also, Back seat does not collapse. All they offered was a $25 Visa Card. Why would a reputable car dealership sell a car with these issues knowing that they run it through an inspection and test drive?
