We were unexpectedly in the car market after an accident that totaled my car. We found a used car on their lot that met (and exceeded) all of our expectations. We were speaking with Stephanie online and decided to go into the dealership (always a huge mental toll when dealing with everyone). Much to my surprise, we were able to get to the point quickly! Stephanie was informed about the options on the used Chevy and we did a test drive. Then came the dreaded negotiations! Again, much to my surprise, we were able to negotiate quickly and met the manager Luis. Once we agreed to the terms, Luis and Stephanie turned us over to the finance man, Ivan. Also again, I said we had limited time and to get to point. Not only was Ivan ready for us, but he got to the point! By far, this was the easiest and quickest car purchase we have ever made! I can’t say enough good about this dealership. We purposefully wear relaxed clothes when we shop to gauge their friendliness and they treated us like every other person. I know extended warranties can be sketchy but we got one at a fair price that even covers routine maintenance with UNLIMITED MILEAGE. This is particularly beneficial to those that do rideshare like Lyft or Uber. All in all, what we expected to take a mental toll and time didn’t. Stephanie, Luis, and Ivan were wonderful. We were told in writing that the $2000 online voucher would give $2000 off our purchase. That was not true because we were then told it couldn’t be combined with other discounts. I can’t leave without acknowledging Luis and Chris! They were very persistent and assured that when I left, I left without acknowledging the vehicle I desired! My 2026 Honda Pilot🎉🎉🎉 But the one who got me in house was my service department assistant. The week before Anthony Johnson helped me as I got my 2014 serviced. With 300,000 miles on it, he said have you seen the 2026 Honda’s you should check them out. He even gave me the link to get pre-approved first. So shoutout to him as well!!! More

This is an update from a previous review. I bought a 2026 CR-V than in papers showed to have only 6 miles but in reality had over 500 miles as it was used as a loaner before I purchased it an I bought a 2026 CR-V than in papers showed to have only 6 miles but in reality had over 500 miles as it was used as a loaner before I purchased it and also had a dent in back gate. Unfortunately I didn’t notice any of this until a couple days later and it was to late, I tried to get a different car but the Luis from the dealership said they couldn’t give me a different one so He offered to fixed the dent and pay me for the extra mileage( I never received the check) they also as part of the purchase supposed to give me the all season carpets but they give the wrong ones( for a Honda accord 2025) I texted Nate and let him know about the mistake and he assured that I will receive the right ones in the mail but they never arrived. Worse place to buy a car, don’t go there! They are not honest, I bought 2 Toyotas before at 2 different dealerships and I had an excellent experience. I deeply regret to decide to buy a Honda this time or maybe I just chose the worse Honda dealership in town. I’ll be more careful next time but if you are planning to buy a car, please avoid this place. More
