Worst experience of my life- unprofessional and incompetent. No regard or consideration for the customers time. Our vehicle sat untouched for 32 days with no sense of urgency to get things fixed. Service manager was rude and service associate was same. We were accused of neglecting our vehicle on 3 separate occasions - apparently they don’t understand that a car owner can perform their own oil changes and maintenance without bringing it to a dealership. After the car was “fixed”, we found parts in the truck that were never put back in the car - resulted in 3 return trips to get the car put back together accurately. We brought the car in for a recall, and left with undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site. No one at the dealership fessed up (actually it looked like someone attempted to magic marker the undisclosed damage to a door near the repair site.
