This location needs to work out a better system of getting cars to their owners when servicing is finished. It was already bad enough that this was my 4th recall, which is an inconvenience as it is. B getting cars to their owners when servicing is finished. It was already bad enough that this was my 4th recall, which is an inconvenience as it is. But to confirm that I was on my way to the svc center, only to arrive and have to wait an additional 30-40 min for my car is an imposition that I refuse to experience again. I had to ASK where my car was, and that was after a long wait, which is bad enough. The third time I had to go back to ask is beyond unacceptable. This is exactly why I get all of my car repairs done at a local body shop. Never coming back to this location again. More

The easiest, best, most comprehensive service I have ever had and everyone from the valet to the service manager made me feel welcome. Coming out of the pandemic, where my car sat neglected, it had a lot of had and everyone from the valet to the service manager made me feel welcome. Coming out of the pandemic, where my car sat neglected, it had a lot of catching up to do on the regular maintenance. Luis made sure I knew everything they did along the way and called with a couple of other recommendations. Now I am ready for the next 5 years! More
