I'm very disappointed at this time because I bring my vehicle for recall about engine cover and annual service and I had to wait 4 hours to get my car back. When I get back home I open the hood and I not vehicle for recall about engine cover and annual service and I had to wait 4 hours to get my car back. When I get back home I open the hood and I noticed all the engine cover missing , called to maintenance and guy that answered the phone he told me bring your vehicle back to install that and next the I had to drive another 30 miles for nothing they told me they can't put it back I paid too much for this vehicle and now Volkswagen takes parts out of my vehicle. I paid for the engine covers too that is not for free. I not recommend Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago. They don't have good communication to the costumers. I'm not go there anymore. More

Car engine wasn't running as smoothly as I expected after pickup. There was no oil change sticker in place of the old one which made me think even more that the oil change wasn't done. pickup. Didn’t feel like the customer service was good.
