Luis was a huge help, and got in and out in a timely manner. Luis was a huge help. Service was very quickly. I appreciated the honest timeline for my vehicle to be serviced amd it was accurate. Paid for incomplete work I brought my truck in because it was not idling properly and had a check engine light. They told me it was fixed and I paid them $700 to drain the tan I brought my truck in because it was not idling properly and had a check engine light. They told me it was fixed and I paid them $700 to drain the tank(they said it was bad gas) and a "reflash of the pcm" which is 2 hours of labor... When I picked my truck up the check engine light was still on, but I had already paid. They say it's the maf sensor and they will replace it at no charge. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. I'm out $700 and my truck is sitting at my house as I'm unable to drive it. More

Issues with going from 8cyl to 4cyl I purchase my car in new from stingray Chevrolet I noticed pretty much right away that there was a bucking feeling and I didn't know the reason severa I purchase my car in new from stingray Chevrolet I noticed pretty much right away that there was a bucking feeling and I didn't know the reason several months went by and I noticed every time I went from 8 cylinders to 4 cylinders and then when I went from 4 and barely pressed the gas the car would shake ..long story short they said all they needed to do was replaced fluids drain it out and flush all the fluids. The car drive good now. I am waiting on a dash from GM though. Once it arrive at STINGRAY CHEVROLET they'll put it in. More

Oil change went great Luis meet me when I pulled in the the service bay. With a smile, then took my info. I needed a courtesy ride, Luis told me where to go. Then got a rid Luis meet me when I pulled in the the service bay. With a smile, then took my info. I needed a courtesy ride, Luis told me where to go. Then got a ride to my house which as awesome. My vehicle has a recall and before I left I scheduled a follow-up appointment for the recall to be completed. After I left Luis contacted me, to tell me the oil change was completed and the recall also completed. This was awesome news to me. So thank you Luis for the great communication and returning my truck in better shape than when it arrived( wheels and body got a bath). More
