I started in the automotive industry in September of 2012 as an Intern while at CSU Fresno. After my internship I began my career in sales and began moving up the ladder as time went on. My ultimate goal is to become GM of a store and eventually becoming a Partner. My favorite Porsche is definitely the Porsche GT3. I enjoy the business because everyday is different. We may use the same processes, but each client I meet has a story to tell. I can truly say that we here at Porsche Fresno turn dreams into reality. Luis's first Porsche was a Panamera 4.

Our initial transaction with the salesperson was a complete failure. Despite our request for information and communication, there was a lack of responsiveness. It reached a point where we were concerned that we had been scammed, as we had already provided our ID and credit card details to the original representative. However, Liam, who handled our call when we were worried that he had been scammed, did a commendable job in handling the situation and taking full accountability. He deserves a five-star rating. Unfortunately, the dealership as a whole is a mess. The finance department did not leave any messages when they claimed to have called. We specifically asked for a text message so we could promptly return their call, but even that didn't work out, as Luis was never in his office. We became frustrated and gave up. In the end, it was only Liam who ensured that we received the necessary documents and he was the only one at the dealership who did their job properly. If it wasn't for our strong desire for the car, we would have walked away. To further illustrate the extent of our dissatisfaction, we received multiple emails asking about our sales experience. We reached out to the manager, both through email and phone call, seeking assistance in contacting Sam, the original sales representative. Unfortunately, we received no response from the management department. We understand that staffing may be a challenge, but this level of incompetence is truly unacceptable. Our discomfort remains regarding the fact that we shared our ID and credit card details with Sam. We urgently request confirmation that this information was securely transmitted and that any terminated or problematic employees do not have access to our personal information. We request that this review be shared with the dealership and insist on being contacted to ensure the removal of our personal information from what appears to be this employee's personal cellphone.
