No pressure to buy additional warranties or add-ons, just quick simple explanations of what was available and what might be beneficial for me and my situation. Also, this was the first time that signing paper work didn’t involve 40 pages of documents. Everything was handled via an interactive screen that was embedded in the finance managers desk. This was helpful because there was a correction that was needed and it took literally a click of a button to fix vs having to reprint the entire contract and signing everything again. From the beginning of the first contact I had with the Internet Sales specialist (Chris), to speaking with the Sales Manager (Sean - not sure if that’s how you spell it), and to finishing by signing with the finance manager (Luis) everyone was super helpful, very friendly and accommodating. If you’re in the market for an Audi, I would highly recommend Audi Fresno. They made the car buying experience better than any other car buying experience I have ever had and that includes BMW, Porsche, Lexus, and even other Audi’s (Bay Area). More
