Luke is an awesome guy... he is friendly, organized and professional and shows a genuine concern for your time. I especially like the fact that he is clearly empowered to make decisions and not excuses as with most dealerships who seemingly train their empolyee's to make excuses and therefore provide poor to terrible service and then use tremendous effort begging for a good review.
