Brian and Luke are very rude and act as if they are better than you, if you ask a question they answer you like if you asked a stupid question. Like, I should know where that part of my car is and the function of it. Obviously I don't know or else why take it to the dealer if I was a car expert. They just need to fix their attitude and it will be alright, I wouldn't care if they are faking it, I just don't want them to keep ruining my day. More

Service was decent, more than likely over priced My appointment was for 8:15 and I didn’t get my car back until 3:15. The original test drive identified the issue so I’m not sure what took 5 hours to finish the diagnostic. I suppose I can understand the 2 hours of labor. I’m afraid to look around and see what the repairs would have cost somewhere else. So glad I could pay more money on top of all the additional stuff I pay for. I suppose I would still recommend it because if I go to a non Nissan mechanic it would probably void the warranty. I have to go there so they can charge whatever they want. It’s awesome. None of this is reflective of the actual service people who were very nice. More
