I recently purchased a brand-new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado from Martin Chevrolet. Overall, the dealership treated me fairly, and I appreciate the discount they worked to get me. This review is intended as constructive feedback for my salesperson, Luke. When I walked into the dealership that afternoon, I already knew exactly what I wanted. I introduced myself, gave Luke my business card, and explained that I am a certified Daimler, Freightliner, Isuzu, Cummins, Detroit Diesel, and Western Star Service Manager. I also told him that my family has always been loyal Toyota customers and that this was his opportunity to earn our future business and change that. Luke was friendly, and I could tell he worked hard to get me a better deal. However, I don't think he fully understood what I was trying to tell him. Selling me the truck was actually the easy part—I had already decided what I wanted before I arrived. Where I think Luke needs to grow is understanding that customer service doesn't end when the paperwork is signed. Within the first few hundred miles, I started experiencing issues with the truck, including problems with the infotainment/Bluetooth system. I reached out to Luke expecting him to follow up or coordinate with the service department. That follow-up never happened. Instead, I ended up taking the truck to another Chevrolet dealership for warranty repairs. Now, with less than 300 miles on the truck, the driver's seat is being replaced under warranty due to a defect, and the infotainment system is being repaired because of a known service bulletin related to Bluetooth and infotainment operation. None of this is Luke's fault. He didn't build the truck. However, this was the moment where he had an opportunity to go above and beyond by checking in, helping coordinate with service, or simply calling to make sure I was taken care of. Luke is young and has potential. He works hard, and I believe he'll become an excellent salesperson with more experience. My advice would be to remember that the sale is only the beginning of the relationship. Following up after delivery is what turns a one-time buyer into a lifelong customer. I genuinely hope he takes this as constructive feedback, because I believe he has the ability to become a great salesperson. More

I traded in my vehicle and purchased a slightly used one from Martin Chevrolet back in November of this year. Alex and Luke assisted me with my purchase. They were very helpful and upfront with the sales negotiations and went so far as to send me a walk around video of the vehicle to be sure I was confident with its condition before making the hour-plus drive. I’m very pleased with my new to me BMW X5 and the way I was treated by the employees of Martin Chevrolet, and would not hesitate visiting them for any of my automotive needs in the future. I had some concerns and issues after purchasing my used vehicle. At first, I wasn’t sure things would be resolved. While the sales manager’s customer service was lacking, the salesman who assisted us was p vehicle. At first, I wasn’t sure things would be resolved.
