He was more than happy to go out of his way to help me in any way that was possible, explained everything to me in great detail, had one of the greatest personalities, was passionate as heck about his job, and you could tell that he genuinely loved being there. "Got a new car, wasn't too hard."
They helped my dad and I get a new car since our old one was a gas-guzzling F150. They we're really nice and helpful, ans at the wnd Joey and I decided to fake a problem to mess with Luke. Sadly he say the paperwork instantly and didn't fall for it. Would definitely do again.
"Not willing to return"
We visited to purchase a first vehicle for our son. We test drove a couple and ended up deciding on one that was "the best" for a new driver according to the sales team. This vehicle passed safety and emissions, had one owner and test drove well. We paid cash and picked it up a few days later. Everything appeared fine until I was driving alongside my husband. He asked why I was going so slow and I said I was going the speed limit. Apparently I was not, which is hard to tell when test driving a vehicle, and we proceeded to test the car against our other vehicle. This speedometer is at least 10 off and should not have passed safety or been put on the lot. We called that day and waited for a reply and because it was an as is vehicle, they are unable to look at it for us. They even said they could not fix it the Ford dealer would have to. My thoughts were, why would you sell a car you cannot service? I went to.a big dealer, not a corner lot for this reason. Now I have a car that I refuse to put my son in as a new driver.
