Both me and my fiancé now have bought cars from here and have been very satisfied with the customer service and our vehicles! Very friendly staff. I found the sales personnel to be unusually cordial. Not an attribute found widespread in the industry. Purchasing a vehicle from Boucher was far and away the best experience in buying a car, for me. I was so impressed with Darlene Larsen, she took me through the entire process of buying my new Hyundai Kona 2022 Thunderbolt Gray Turbo charged limited edition. I am IN LOVE with my new car, So much technology --- I just CAN'T! It's sooo amazing! It truly is a dream car! It has ability to unlock itself... you get remote start, can even start it from your phone. Lane assist to help you stay in your lane, and also smart adaptive cruise control! WOWWWW!!! Our first experience started off great but after test driving and twice explaining to the sales rep Alex that we we’re just starting our process and not ready to buy, he became what I could best describe driving and twice explaining to the sales rep Alex that we we’re just starting our process and not ready to buy, he became what I could best describe as aloof. After talking to the Genesis concierge we decided to give the dealership another chance because it is easily the closest dealer that sells Genesis. Our second visit was much better thanks to Darlene. She was prepared and listened. She was truly interested in helping us. We agreed on the vehicle we wanted to purchase but Darlene was clearly forced to try to sell additional protection on the vehicle that we didn’t want. Being in the insurance business I politely explained that I know the mark up on the product and did not want it and couldn’t understand why the sales manager was insistent that we include it. I was willing to pay the sticker price and couldn’t understand why they kept insisting. We finally got the dealership to remove the additional coverage and purchased the vehicle. The delivery process was smooth and the business manger, along with Darlene, did a great job on delivery. In our theee visits we spent a total of approximately 5 hours in the dealership and never met the sales manager who negotiated the price of the new car ($76,000 after tax and before trade-in) from an office behind glass. Made eye contact with him a couple of times but he never bothered to introduce himself or say thank you. More

The salesman was very condescending. When my fiancé looked under the hood were were laughed and and asked “do you even know what you’re looking for?” Was told to hurry up with my first test drive beca looked under the hood were were laughed and and asked “do you even know what you’re looking for?” Was told to hurry up with my first test drive because they were closing. He was the one who told me to come in at 6:30! Brad kept touching me which was extremely weird and in appropriate. I used my trunk for the first time and my plates fell off. Took it back to have them put back on and when he asked how I liked the car I mentioned that three days after purchase the breaks started acting up. I said it felt like it could be the calipers where he burst out in laughter and said “oh well that’s technical who told you that??” then he assured me that was not the standard set by Boucher and said the techs would double check it for me. He didn’t reach out for several days, then when he did he was very rude again saying that the tech who initially worked on my car said it was fine so it was fine. They refused to even look at them. He then said “your second test drive was so long I thought you got lost!” And said if I had any concerns it should have been brought up then. If only he had listened to me he would have known that they weren’t acting up at that time. He also neglected to mention that at that second test drive he told me a half hour, and then after 12 minutes he started calling asking where I was. The manager then took over and made an appointment with me to discuss the situation. The manager never called. It has been over a week now and I’m left with a dangerous car and a sales team who refuses to make it right, listen, or communicate. More
