Great service and looking for the best option for their cust I was in to trade in my vehicle however I had a huge deficiency on th trade. Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My car was totaled in a car accident so I had to immediately replace my car which was not something I looked forward to given the poor car buying e My car was totaled in a car accident so I had to immediately replace my car which was not something I looked forward to given the poor car buying experiences I've had in the past. However, much to my surprise, From my initial dealings via email with Anthony to my meeting with Luxon in the Sales showroom and then finally Preston coming in to help finalize my purchase, I found the Team at Bonita Infinity to be top notch- professional, responsive, communicative, transparent and totally Customer focused. I run my own Business with 100+ employees and the people at Bonita Infinity exhibit the exact culture that I strive to create in my people. I highly recommend Bonita Infinity. More

Anthony Blasini, our sales rep, was friendly and cheerful and knew all the details What a pleasure to purchase a vehicle at Bonita Springs Infiniti! Anthony Blasini, our sales rep, was friendly and cheerful and knew all the details of the various Infiniti models. In my past experiences with buying a car with other dealers, negotiating the purchase price has been a struggle, and I've been aggravated and frustrated at the sneaky sales techniques they employed. Not so here. The staff is fair and courteous, and we quickly reached a price we were both happy with. We looked at both the QX 60 and 80, and while the 80 was very tempting, decided to purchase the 60. Although the car is two years old, it looks brand new because of the dealership's excellent cleaning and refurbishing. A small tear in the leather is being fixed now at their expense. We are tinting the windows at the dealership and will receive a loaner car while the work is being done. Terrific! More

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I was just changing my lease over. I was being very particular. Looking for a particular car for a specific price and monthly payments with very parti I was just changing my lease over. I was being very particular. Looking for a particular car for a specific price and monthly payments with very particular packages. I had another dealer call me with what was supposed to be the "best" deal. I first contacted Lux to discuss what I was looking for. He was very understanding, patient and most importantly persistent, but not in an annoying way. He would only contact me when he could make my deal better and there was never any pressure. Even when I though I had a good deal with another dealership, I called Lux. He would always make the deal better. Even if it meant they (the dealership) would take an additional hit (loss) just to satisfy me. At the end of the day Lux and the rest of the Bonita dealership came through in a big way. I got the car I wanted for a price I though I could not get. There was never any annoying sales pitch or being mislead just to "come" in. They respected my time and my choices, and for that I am very grateful. I highly recommend Bonita Infinity and would strongly suggest to give them a call, even when you think you have the best deal. More
