When I purchased my explorer there was a recall on a piece by the windshield,when they got the part in and sent it to me they only sent the bottom half not the top half. This dealership is great. They do good jobs at service ing the vehicles. They offer ride in the city if you don’t have time to wait for them to get the job completed.
