A little disappointed Salesman was great. Finance was good up until they didn't do what they said they would do. I asked that they hold a check for down payment until Thu Salesman was great. I asked that they hold a check for down payment until Thursday Aug. 1 until I had a chance to liquidate some funds to cover the check. I was informed that it was no problem. Bought truck on Saturday July 27 and by July 29, you guys were already calling for the down payment. I informed them again that I would have the money to cover the check by Thursday Aug. 1., and I was informed that it was noted. As I was at the bank trying to get my money to cover the check on July 31, my wife informed me that we were over-drafted because you guys had deposited the check a day early. Which sent my account in disarray. SO I GUESS YOU GUYS GOT YOUR MONEY.....SO YOU ALL WASN'T WORRIED ANYMORE, EVEN THOUGH YOU MESSED ME UP WITH OVER-DRAFT FEES. SHAME ON YOU, FOR NOT DOING WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD. More

I called looking for a specific car and when my call was answered, I asked to speak to a new car sales rep. I was transferred to Chase Klusendorf. He asked the typical car sales questions, and I quickly directly him to what I was looking for. He was extremely responsive and not intrusive. From first contact to drive out was about 10 days. He checked in occasionally, but not pushy. When i was ready to buy, he made it happen in a most professional manner possible. I would definitely deal with him again. Dan Gleason, however tried to push me before I was ready. Chase stepped in and the deal was completed. More

I ordered some running boards and weather tech mats from Kevin McKinnon (after market director). Shawn in (vehicle delivery and technology) was great and set-up everything for me. I noticed some scratches on the vehicle and Shawn setup the appointment for me. I also met with Lyndi Sage-Walker (Shawn's boss) and she had arranged for a loaner car that was ready for me when I dropped mine off. Picked up my car and it had been detailed and topped off with fuel. Wonderful buying experience. More
