Lauren was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. Her manager and the gentleman working next to her weren’t very nice however. I honestly felt bad for her at that point and my feeling was Lauren may be dealing with a hostile work environment. Awful ! 8am appt and at 1040 they didn’t even start my car for an oil change and tire rotation .
