These people at Kelly Cadillac are the BEST! !! I always pay for GOOD Customer Service!! We had Uzma when we bought our 2015 SRX And she was outstanding!!!! Very Very helpful! Always wanted t !! From start to finish my service experience was excellent. I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house wh I have a 2017 XT5 that had a service transmission light on. They gave me a choice of a loaner car or having someone pickup my vehicle at my house which is about an hour away. Work was completed as promised in a timely fashion and everyone was a joy to work with. Top notch keep up the great customer service. More
