If you are looking for an excellent car buy experience at an amazing price I highly recommend Westshore Honda. I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Made an appointment for service, 9am, show up, started to go in to see service advisor Donald, told to stay in my car. When I was asked for my services name and advised it was Donald. Was told he would not go in to see service advisor Donald, told to stay in my car. When I was asked for my services name and advised it was Donald. Was told he would not be until 9:30. So another service advisor assisted me and took my information. He then said my car would not be taken in for service until at least 2 hours later and asked if that was okay, I said my appointment was for 9 am not 11 am. Too bad you will have to wait. Nope d out of that . Why make an appointment for a time and not be able to keep it? It the first problem with Westshore Honda, previously had a recall for fuel pump. Damaged door, service advisor would not even check it. Had a tire rotation and oil change, hubcap broken, $200 for a new hubcap I will never go back to any Morgan Company Care Sale businesses. More
