Answered all of my questions and processed my paperwork quickly. Brian in Tech was awesome as well. Helped me set up my phone and explained all of the tech features on my new RAV4. The whole process was quick and easy! No stress and I got the vehicle In the color with the accessories that I wanted. It was worth the drive from South Jersey to buy my car at Del. I highly recommend them! More

We had a great experience buying our new (used) Tacoma. There was no pressure from any sales people. Mason is a nice guy. New at this, I guess. I had to contact him to find out where my ordered car was. I had no problem with 40 day wait for the car. I had to ask about wh New at this, I guess. I would think it would have been better to tell me all the deals. When it was time to drive off I had to ask can you give me a walk through my HighTech New 40K car. The nice guy who did show me the tec xxxx in my new whip. He was great! I never felt dumb. He set me up and was professional and polite. He know his stuff and gave me the time I needed to feel better in my car. He also said pop back if I need a refresher on the tec. Oh I had to ask the finance guy about the mantance plan. He printed out a 1/2 thing with the details. I never got what Del the dealership will do for me. The Tec guy told me more then anyone before. He set my car up. free inspections and more. Dennis H.
