I would like to thank everyone at Mohawk Honda for making this experience one of a Kind. The made the 1st experience an amazing one and the 2nd one even better. They will do everything possible to make you happy. One thing I was impressed about was when I was told. “Our goal is to make you happy even if you walk out without buying a car from us, but you made this trip so what can we do to make this trip worth while?” The perfect plan was put together very well. Ultimately, I had an amazing experience MJ along with all the sales associates I interacted with and Junior who walked me through the vehicles specs were very attentive not just with me but I also noticed how they dealt with other costumer. Very nice people with great overall service! From the moment I arrived everyone I spoke with at Mohawk Honda was warm and welcoming. From there MJ helped me pick out my new car, the whole time be From the moment I arrived everyone I spoke with at Mohawk Honda was warm and welcoming. From there MJ helped me pick out my new car, the whole time being super receptive to what I was looking for and then letting me take one out on a nice little test drive. After deciding on a car, which ended up being a nice 2016 Honda Civic, it was a quick transition into going through the paperwork with both Dave and MJ, which was much easier than I expected with their guidance. To finish out my visit and my purchasing of my car I had the pleasure of meeting Caleb who showed me many of the features my new car had, most of which MJ had already pointed out prior to the test drive, in more detail and helped me hook my phone up to the car by bluetooth. Overall I had an amazing experience at this dealership and I would recommend this be the place you go if you find yourself looking for a new vehicle! More
