Stopped by the dealer due to an issue with my Volvo Car app not connecting to a new phone. Mabel Matos greeted me as I walked in and offered to help. While wandering the Volvo lot as my current car was being serviced down the street, Mabel approached me and I ended up test driving a Volvo with her. She was friendly and knowledgeable about all the different models and options as compared to the model I was driving. I loved the car and was impressed at the easy-going and confident nature of Mabel and her colleagues at Silver Spring Volvo. I returned later in the day to buy the car. Although I had obtained financial approval from my bank in the meantime, when I informed them of my rate, their dealer offered a better one.
