They used the toll road when delivering my car, but I
only found out after receiving the receipt. I contacted them immediately, and they said they would take care of it. However, it’s been two months and

I’ve followed up by phone, text, and email, but all they do is keep repeating the same lie—that they’ll take care of it. Throughout this process, I’ve been in contact with Mace Bradley, Bridgette Edmondson, Richard Andersen, and Tracy Ferrara. While they all speak politely, not a single one of them has been honest or actually followed through with anything.

My overall experience with South Bay Hyundai was excellent. Although I only interacted with Justin and Mace Bradley (also fantastic), I felt that the entire dealership was on the same page, hospitable, and customer-oriented.
Before completing this lease, I interacted with at least a half-dozen dealerships, including other Hyundai locations. By far, Justin and South Bay Hyundai were the best.
