The car was finally washed and ready to go, however since it was dark there are water spots and streaks on the trim that need to be cleaned again. He, the sales manager Steven, and the rest of the South Bay Hyundai staff were wonderful. A staff member was entertaining my 5 year old, giving him markers and paper to draw and putting on Disney music, while we were finishing the paperwork. Mace stayed until past closing time to take us to a charger and show us how to charge the car and answer all our questions. All in all, A+ customer service! More
