The lack of eternal (staff) & external (with customers) communication are the biggest challenges I experienced @ Norm Reeves NRH dealership. I could have saved 2 trips after finishing my car purchase, 1/5/ communication are the biggest challenges I experienced @ Norm Reeves NRH dealership. I could have saved 2 trips after finishing my car purchase, 1/5/26. However one item wasn't in the car nor were the windows tinted as stated in purchase conversation. Thru the process, several individual employees were kind and friendly! Wiilling to put in time required to finish a deal. My hat is off zo these young men. However, due to some gray areas, mainly involving communication, I traveled back 18 miles each way two more times. My experience with the service department mgr, on 1/13/26, my 4th trip to the dealership, was less than satisfactory. I was given an apt. I arrived few minutes b4 1030am apt time. A kind conceige greeted me. Then I waited 7-8 minutes fir a service rep. The nice young man didn't have adequate knowledge of my car's situation. (Ask me why I was there?) The servive mgr didn't enable his employees with proper knowledge regarding my HRV/car's needs in this apt. He was in a meeting. His asst mgr was very kind but his hands were tied. This young man texted his boss. The problem was the price I was quoted included all windows. Tech thought HRVs only got 2 windows tinted. I wanted clarity. Due to this situation I was delayed over 2 hrs. I had to cancel another afternoon Dr. apt. I'm choosing not to provide some names here out of respect. However, I will provide those by ph if you reach out. I was told by the kind parts mgr, he would share my situation with James, the GM. J would call me." In summary, I could not sign off on something less than what was agreed upon regarding my car's service. It was only 1/2 of what we'd discussed. Staff was not informed properly. In my opinion the service mgr was at fault. He was not real nice during our conversation. Stated, "I should have gone with our agreement and just signed the paperwork." This was disappointing and frustrating! The service mgr had little empathy, seemed unkind and then stated, "his guys can't know what each vehicle requires in which windows were to be tinted." It was not a pleasant experience. I felt somewhat belittled by this employee who represented NR dealership in an unprofessional way. Despite some individuals' kindness, including my 2 salesmen, Brian in the parts dept and Jeremiah in upgrade dept, (on 1/13/26), I dont feel I can honestly recommend this dealership, especially for those servicing one's vehicle. I'd appreciate a call from upper mgmt. Id be glad to provide more info & additional names. Thank you for listening. 👍 More

The service department is where they are lacking. I've had my truck in there several times since I purchased it new in August. I still have issues with it. Everyone has been businesslike and polite. Attention to detail is definitely not there though. Two of the managers have stood out above all the others. I was excited to buy another brand new Honda but I amdefinitely disappointed with this Honda experience. More

I have 2 major issues with this place, I bought my car and it was late in the evening, Made plans to return to pick it up the next day. I thought i was blessed that the salesman came in on his day off to and it was late in the evening, Made plans to return to pick it up the next day. I thought i was blessed that the salesman came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. I didnt want to take up extra time on his day off, so I signed final papers and left. Within a few hours I noticed the front right passenger side was damaged. I called and left a message for my salesman that day. I sent photos the next day, via text messages. After over several days the salesman kept saying, I have not heard back, I am waiting on management, Have not heard back yet. FINALLY days later he called to tell me that they have a video of me leaving the lot with no damage to the vehicle. I went straight there, unannounced went in and demanded to see the video I KNEW COULD NOT exist. Salesman left me sitting over 30 mins came back and said, I was wrong there is not a video. I demanded management, again he left me sitting for approx20 minutes, came back and told me that management was gone for the day. FINALLY the manager called me and said. well we don't believe it happened here since you waited 5 days to contact us, I have the text messages and cell phone records timeline and photos, and they still refuse to fix the damage. over 4k in damage. Since it knocked the entire front bumper off balance and both headlight assemblies need to be replaced. The second time i talked to management, He was condescending and said, Hey it cost me nothing to fix it, we just don't believe it was done here, not one time did they ask for my proof, the photos and cell phone records. They still try to claim it was 5 days later before I contacted them and it was the same day. I believe that they KNOW it was done there, why else would they make up the story there is a video. trust me, this is only where my issues began. 13k in damage from a previous accident, internal invoice shows failed auto trans eps, THEY ABSOLUTEY refuse to provide any records on the work that was done, the inspection, pre owned inspection that was never reported to car fax, that also shows oil pan reseal, while car fax shows it as a routine oil change. They reported services done that do no appear on the internal invoice as well. It was so bad that my last visit I recorded the conversation with one of the managers, i asked why it says this failed, he said he didnt have that info, I said thats what I want to know, he deflected asked me what i was trying to do, he thought my issue was the damage on the lot, I asked if he would provide me the records on the vehicle and and said NOPE, thats all your getting, pointing to one invoice I was able to get from the service department, i went unannounced and asked a random person to print the last invoice done, management and salesman would not provide anything but deflection and unethical behavior.
