I honestly always have a great experience at Ken Ganley Ford Parma. I've bought two cars from them over the years. The staff is wonderful to deal with, whether it's buying a new or used car or getting serv Ford Parma. I've bought two cars from them over the years. My service rep, Ariel Albores, was super nice, answered all my questions and kept me informed thru the entire service work process. And service work charges were very reasonable.
