Upfront and no hassle. I had been looking for a GMC sierra for over a month and had been to about 12 dealerships, new and used. My wife and I live in VA and found that a lot I had been looking for a GMC sierra for over a month and had been to about 12 dealerships, new and used. My wife and I live in VA and found that a lot of good trucks were located in PA. My wife said we should just go up and check out some trucks. We stopped by Faulkner first on our first day of shopping and although we saw a few trucks that day Faulkner won our business. They had the best value and the cost was upfront. Cost of truck, a small process fee, and taxes; like it should be. This isn't common at all dealerships. It was a used truck so I wanted to do a pre purchase inspection, which they had zero issue with, this implies they have nothing to hide. The PPI mechanic noted how excellent the condition of the truck was. Thus we bought the truck. Everyone from Magali, Dave, and Karl were nice and helpful the whole time. Now I have a good truck that I love driving and I am confident I will be driving for the next decade or so. More
