Hi pressure salespeople who tag team you with FEES and add ons .Plus try to charge you for items not on my truck. I came to lake Norman looking for a new car. This was going to be my first car purchase so I was really nervous and new to the whole experience. When I walked in Maggie was quick to greet me and This was going to be my first car purchase so I was really nervous and new to the whole experience. When I walked in Maggie was quick to greet me and took me in and made this whole experience wonderful! She never gave up to help me find my dream Jeep! At the end of it all she did just that and I landed a BRAND new 2023 Jeep compass! I never would have thought my first car I was going to buy was going to be a new one! But Maggie made sure I was getting EXACTLY the car I wanted! After we left with the car and got it home we ended up naming the car Maggie! We loved our experience so much with her we will forever remember my first car purchase experience with her! She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting what I wanted as well as I understood the whole process of getting the car and never rushed the process but made sure I was comfortable with what was going on. I purchased a used vehicle from this dealer, and it went very well. 3 weeks later I came back and bought a vehicle for my company. 2 car purchases in one month. That pretty much says it all. I had an absolute blast buying my first wrangler with Maggie. This was the second jeep vehicle that I purchased with her, and I was super happy to come back to her for the second go around. She helped me Maggie. This was the second jeep vehicle that I purchased with her, and I was super happy to come back to her for the second go around. She helped me work through my options and took me on some test drives, and helped me whittle down to where I wanted to be. One of the great things about working with Maggie is that you feel like you’re just talking with a friend and it’s just easy times. I ended up with exactly what I wanted and I’m having the best time driving my new wrangler. I can’t say enough about the finance team either. Both Tony and Kevin were super helpful and made me feel great about the process. I can’t recommend Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram enough. They are awesome. More

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS DEALERSHIP! ! They treat you like FAMILY as soon as you walk in the front door. I am in and out in no time. This is one Dealership, that I can honestly say they ! They treat you like FAMILY as soon as you walk in the front door. I am in and out in no time. This is one Dealership, that I can honestly say they value the customers time! They do everything to make it as least painful as possible when coming and dealing on a vehicle. I will def. keep coming back to this location when in need of another vehicle. If they would allow I would give them 10 stars hands down! Whenever in need of a vehicle, this is by far the Place to go and they all know how to do their job effectively and effeciently and take the time with the customer to answer all questions and concerns you may have....from the moment you walk in the door to the sales rep, to the financial person to the folks in the service department!
