Not Pleasant! My overall experience at this service center was not pleasant! The service advisors don't acknowledge you until a mechanic brings you to them! I had a My overall experience at this service center was not pleasant! The service advisors don't acknowledge you until a mechanic brings you to them! I had an appointment to bring my car in and when i arrived the advisors had no record of my appointment! The wait time was over an hour, just to pick up my car after it was already repaired. During the time it was being serviced i was contacted one time and never again! I had to call and text daily just to be met with voice mails and no returned calls. I had to physically show up in person just to get the status of my car, to have to come back the following day to finally pick it up! More

Horrible Purchased my car from this dealership. Car was purchased new. Less than 3000 miles later car would not start. Called and had car towed to dealersh Purchased my car from this dealership. Car was purchased new. Less than 3000 miles later car would not start. Called and had car towed to dealership. Dealership said they would have a service rep call and confirm arrival and discuss details as the car was still under warranty. Received no call so I called and left a message as nobody was available. Saturday no call dispatcher did confirm that the car was there and I should be hearing from a service rep. Saturday no call. I called and was told service department was closed. I then told them I would be there to have my car taken to another dealer. The dispatcher told me service department would be closed however she would let the manager know as he can authorize the release. I get there and the manager said she was not informed of the matter however he would call the manager of service who was off duty at this time. (This person did not call or return calls when he was on duty) Big surprise he did not answer or return the calls made by the manager. After waiting three hours I was told I would not be able to move my car until the manager came in on Monday. Went for my car Monday at 5pm. The car had been sitting there and not even touched by service . No apologies no reasoning why things went so wrong just was given the keys so the car could be removed. Never ever will deal with these people again and plan on letting as many people as possible know. BEWARE !!!!!!!!!! More

Great Service Advisors! I once again had a great service experience. My advisor was Margaret. She checked me in and let me know about how long I would be there. She kept me i I once again had a great service experience. My advisor was Margaret. She checked me in and let me know about how long I would be there. She kept me informed and came to the lounge and got me as soon as the work was complete. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Margaret, Rob, and recently Kayla. All three are top notch and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and appreciated. They don’t over sell maintanence service or steer you to services that aren’t needed. Great group of advisors! More
