Showed me the waIting area and she came every time she could to give me the status of the car. she even texted me to see if I needed help with anything or if I had any questions. More

The terrible customer service The worst customer service team in the try state, the service department closed and never notified me on when my car was ready, I called 4 times duri The worst customer service team in the try state, the service department closed and never notified me on when my car was ready, I called 4 times during the day and they always told me we will call you when your car is ready, I had to basically steal my car back in order to get home. I email the manager frank and never got a response or a apology, on them closing without giving me my car back. they even left something loose under the car I went back the next day and the girl at the service desk said there mechanics don't make mistakes and they weren't going to fix it. I had to go to another dealership to get the problem fix. More
