I made an appointment with the call center for June 19 2020 and they said they scheduled me for 7am the next day. Well when I got the the service center they didn’t have my appointment on record. They told me to speak to the manager and when I did he was gracious enough to squeeze me in for service on my transmission and seat. Maggie from service who is always so helpful and kind she made sure all my needs for the vehicle were taken care of and made sure to explain it very detailed.
