Maggie is the best I went to get airbags replaced bc they were recalled. Not only did Maggie do that, but she inspected my car, found out what my warranty covered so I w I went to get airbags replaced bc they were recalled. Not only did Maggie do that, but she inspected my car, found out what my warranty covered so I would pay the least amount out of pocket, set me up with a nice rental car, and kept me updated on my car status throughout. Couldn't ask for better service. Thx maggie More

Half assed Two day service took almost 8 days. They never gave a proper detail like promised. Tints were removed with lots of leftover in the edges. Worst of all Two day service took almost 8 days. They never gave a proper detail like promised. Tints were removed with lots of leftover in the edges. Worst of all they left my oil plug loose, I immediately went to a jiffy lube around the corner, and the mechanic removed the cap by hand right in front of me. So many other little things too but those were the biggest complaints. Rental is $8 a day not including insurance which is not bad, but I had to pay for 7 days rental when I was planning for 2. More

Awful experience My service appointment was for 7.30 AM. I arrived promptly before 7.00 AM and was the 2nd car in line for servicing. The check in was at approximately My service appointment was for 7.30 AM. I arrived promptly before 7.00 AM and was the 2nd car in line for servicing. The check in was at approximately 7.45 AM. To my dismay, the service rep. checked in the car behind me before mine because the person is her friend and/or family member In fact, she got out of her seat the hug the person whose car was behind mine and checked her in before mine. At approximately 11.00 AM I checked in with her and I was informed that the diagnostic tests on my vehicle were still ongoing. Again, around noon I checked in again and she repeated the same thing that the diagnosis was still ongoing. At this time I expressed my displeasure and dissatisfaction with the process because I didn't believe she was being honest and truthful. I decided to cancel the appointment and requested to have my car back. To my utter surprise, I discovered thereafter when picking my car up from the lot that in actual reality the diagnosis on my car was never done. The sales rep. essentially lied and between 7.30 AM, and approx. 12.30 PM when I retrieved my car, it was basically parked in the lot and unattended to. Sales rep, Ms. Maggie could have been more forthcoming and truthful than the treatment meted out to me. Lost a half day from work for no good reason. Very awful experience! More
