It’ was a pleasure !! Brought my 2012 Dodge Charger rt max in for service for a secondary issue @ 07:45 hrs and I have to say Maggie took charge and and listened to my conc Brought my 2012 Dodge Charger rt max in for service for a secondary issue @ 07:45 hrs and I have to say Maggie took charge and and listened to my concerns. She made sure my issues were relayed to my original representative and taken care of in a timely manner. Also like to thank Rick to solving the issue and taking the time to test drive th veh and make sure I was satisfied he is a knowledgeable technician. Also please send my regards to the gentleman who always is polite and is a pleasure to talk to in the morning. Quick service I had a recall on my 2015 Jeep Sahara and Maggie my service rep was able to get me out in less than two hours. She is great and was incredibly helpful I had a recall on my 2015 Jeep Sahara and Maggie my service rep was able to get me out in less than two hours. She is great and was incredibly helpful. She walked me through the process and made the right recommendations. I am very pleased with the work. They even added air to my tires! More
